Senior Enterprise Architect - Oracle/SAP, Agentic AI Practice

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support, managed services and Agentic AI ERP solutions, is hiring a Senior Enterprise Architect for its Oracle/SAP, Agentic AI practice. Reporting to the VP of Innovation and Solution Delivery, the architect works directly with enterprise clients to design modern AI-enabled solutions on top of existing ERP systems. The role is remote, embedded with clients, with onsite visits as engagements require.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business users, IT teams, ERP owners, process owners, architects and executives.
• Map current-state processes and identify where automation, workflows, AI agents and Agentic UX can create measurable value.
• Define future-state processes and translate business pain points into solution requirements, architecture, scope, use cases and delivery plans.
• Design solutions that work with existing ERPs such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP and JD Edwards, using APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData, REST, middleware, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, ServiceNow, Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud and other platforms.
• Help define how AI agents safely read from, reason over and act on ERP data, and set up approval gates, access controls, audit trails and governance.
• Work with AI engineers, integration architects, UX designers and delivery teams to build prototypes, MVPs and production solutions.
• Support proposals, demos, UAT, rollout and handover, then convert field learnings into reusable patterns, accelerators and reference architectures.

Required profile

• Principal-level Enterprise Architect; 8-10 years of experience in ERP, enterprise systems, solution architecture, technical consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Deep ERP experience and strong consulting experience; AI knowledge sits on top of ERP process knowledge.
• Proven track record working with enterprise clients, business and IT stakeholders, and running discovery workshops.
• Experience mapping as-is and to-be processes and turning requirements into solution architecture.
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, security, roles and authorizations.
• Experience supporting proposals, SOWs, estimates, executive presentations and solution roadmaps is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong experience with at least one major ERP: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP or JD Edwards.
• Techno-functional understanding of ERP processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, plant maintenance, warehouse, finance reconciliation and approvals.
• Practical exposure to AI, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, analytics, ServiceNow, SAP BTP, SAP Joule or agentic AI.
