Onboarding Project Manager (Remote, South Korea)

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support, managed services and Agentic AI ERP solutions for Oracle, SAP and VMware, is hiring an Onboarding Project Manager (OPM). Reporting to the Director, Global Client Onboarding, the OPM ensures the successful, on-time onboarding of top clients across all product lines and manages the onboarding project plan, risks, escalations and reporting. The position is remote, based in South Korea, with about 10% travel expected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal teams to execute client onboarding processes so all deliverables are completed on time.
• Develop the onboarding project plan, define client and Rimini Street roles and responsibilities, identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Manage escalations and provide detailed, timely status reporting to internal management.
• Support pre-sales client onboarding for the sales organization and ensure tasks follow ISO processes.
• Maintain up-to-date project information in Salesforce.com and other systems, and manage client communications.
• Ensure client satisfaction, secure client references at the end of onboarding, and propose improvements and innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management experience.
• Significant consulting or project management experience with SAP, Oracle EBS or Oracle Database solutions, including strong client management.
• Native Korean speaker; fluency in English is essential.
• Project management certification or equivalent desired; SAP or Oracle implementation certifications desired.
