About the role
The Sales & Marketing Representative will join the exhibition team to drive successful planning and execution of trade shows by focusing on exhibitor acquisition and sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure exhibitors for Home & Table Décor Fair and The Maison, focusing on total living (70%) and tableware (30%) categories.
- Prepare sales proposals and planning documents, aligning with the exhibition's value proposition and revenue targets.
- Analyze industry value chains to discover potential clients and attract new participants.
- Offer and negotiate various exhibition products such as booth spaces and sponsorships.
- Support overall exhibition operations, manage exhibitor relationships, and maintain continuous communication.
- Collaborate with internal global teams, marketing, and customer success departments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exhibition or sales roles.
- Strong interest and understanding of the interior and living industry.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Word.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Ability to use Hangul (Korean word processor).
