Project Manager - Fixed-Fee Implementations

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a Project Manager to act as the "CEO of the Project" for Fixed-Fee discipline, owning the governance of complex technical lifecycles including AI/ML and Lakehouse. The role moves beyond managing tactical tasks to managing broader organizational outcomes, with high-visibility, strategic implementations for major enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, Fixed-Fee implementations with rigorous governance.
• Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and link effort and resource names to specific tasks.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) to forecast risks accurately.
• Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to ensure delivery success.
• Present Lessons Learned decks to regional teams to improve upstream pre-sales and scoping.
• Support pre-sales by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service scoping.

Required profile

• Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
• Typically 5-8 years of related experience in technical project management.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in EVM and CPM to identify and mitigate schedule and cost variances.

Required skills

• Advanced Smartsheet and project modelling, and the ability to query Snowflake metadata for consumption reporting.
• SnowPro Core (required); PMP preferred.
