Product Manager - Diagnostic Pharmaceuticals

About the role

GE HealthCare is hiring a Product Manager (section chief level) for its Contrast Media business unit in Seoul. The role leads marketing strategy, commercial execution, product positioning and portfolio growth for the diagnostic pharmaceuticals portfolio, working with cross-functional teams and key customers to expand market share and strengthen GE HealthCare's leadership in the diagnostic imaging market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with local business priorities and the global brand strategy
• Lead commercial and marketing activities, identify growth opportunities and drive market share expansion
• Own business objectives including sales performance, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategy, profitability and budget management
• Develop launch plans, marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs
• Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and global marketing teams
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and professional societies
• Analyse the market and generate customer insights, provide product training and marketing support to commercial teams
• Ensure marketing and promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and compliance requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management or other commercial functions in healthcare
• Preferred: experience in ethical pharmaceuticals, diagnostic pharmaceuticals, diagnostic imaging, contrast media, medical devices or related markets
• Highly preferred: experience in Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac MR or other cardiovascular markets
• Strong business acumen in forecasting, pricing strategy, budget management and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
