Clinical Research Associate (Clinical Core)

About the role

IQVIA is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for its Site Management core team in Seoul. The role sits within the clinical research business and offers a path to a Senior CRA position, with mentoring, quarterly reviews and access to in-house technology for global projects with regional travel. The position is open to remote work and is based at the IQVIA office in Samseong, Songpa District.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and maintain appropriate documentation
• Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Maintain regular contact with sites and administer protocol and study training
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices and escalate quality issues
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline, or equivalent education
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Oncology or global study experience is required
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues and customers; basic knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements is an advantage
