New Product Launch Manager I

About the role

The New Product Launch Manager I will lead the planning and execution of new product projects, ensuring smooth transition from development to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for RFI/RFQ requests.
• Plan and manage new product projects.
• Collaborate with development, quality, purchasing, and production teams to drive projects forward.
• Manage schedule, cost, risk, and major issues.
• Check production readiness and support the transition to mass production.
• Report project progress regularly.
• Run decision‑making meetings and reviews at each project stage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (mechanical, electronic, etc.).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or similar tools (preferred).
• No restrictions on overseas travel.
