Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Government Contract

About the role

ProSidian Consulting seeks experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide counseling, psychosocial assessments, and case management for US military personnel and families stationed at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. This is a two‑year full‑time assignment supporting a U.S. Federal Government contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans in the electronic medical record.
• Provide supportive counseling, crisis debriefing, and lead support groups for patients, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources, manage case plans, and act as liaison between members, clinicians, and military leadership.
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, in‑services, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid, unrestricted LCSW (or LPC) license.
• Minimum six years of full‑time counseling experience post‑licensure, including supervision and management duties.
• Experience with brief behavioral interventions, critical incident management, and case management in a military or government setting.
• Professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using electronic medical record systems for documentation and treatment planning.
