Lead FP&A Analyst

About the role

Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for the Korea business, delivering accurate forecasts, budgets and performance insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Korea FP&A processes including flash reporting, projections, budgeting and strategic planning, ensuring data accuracy and timeline adherence.
• Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis and prepare management presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Conduct detailed pricing, margin and sales performance analysis, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, accounting teams and regional FP&A groups to align revenue, cost and accrual data.
• Drive process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements across FP&A activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 6 + years finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A; CPA preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills, with fluency in English.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Financial modeling and business case analysis.
• Experience with financial systems and data handling.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
