Junior Associate, Product Service & Training

About the role

HARMAN Lifestyle, which connects consumers with superior sound through brands such as JBL, Mark Levinson and Revel, is hiring a Junior Associate, Product Service & Training in Seoul. The role supports after-sales service operations and product training for Harman Consumer Audio products, working with Samsung, APAC stakeholders, internal teams and third-party service partners. It covers customer service, complaint handling, product training and product information.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party service centers for after-sales service, handle customer issue escalation and root cause analysis, and lead communication on complaints and escalations
• Manage RMA and service processes, analyze service quality trends and defect rates, and prepare monthly service reports for APAC and local stakeholders
• Oversee replacement product and service logistics, and communicate with Samsung and internal stakeholders on service matters
• Manage Samsung VOC handling and customer response, and oversee follow-up on complaints and issue resolution
• Plan and deliver product and installation training for sales staff and promoters, run online, offline and in-store programs, develop localized training materials and lead NPI training
• Conduct sample testing of new products, maintain product information and SKU data, and support launch preparations
• Carry out refurbish operations per APAC guidance, lead service process improvements and propose solutions to service issues

Required profile

• 3-7 years of experience in customer service, service operations or training roles with proven ownership
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Korean and English; Chinese is a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and to work in an office in Gangnam, Seoul
• Bonus points: passion for music and audio, experience in consumer electronics, IT, mobile or retail, product training or service improvement experience, basic audio installation knowledge, and data analysis tool use (Excel, Power BI)

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of wireless connectivity (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, networking) and mobile app troubleshooting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI (bonus)
