About the role
The Executive Secretary will manage day‑to‑day operations of Invesco Real Estate Korea, coordinating with internal functional groups across Asia and external vendors to ensure smooth office functioning. This role supports the team in a fast‑paced, global investment environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist team members with secretarial matters, including scheduling, expense reports, and phone handling.
- Facilitate communication with internal HR, Compliance, and Accounting departments in Hong Kong as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to maintain office services.
- Supervise office‑level expenditures, manage supplies, and negotiate reasonable third‑party contracts.
Required profile
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
