Electrical Engineer (Manager Level)

About the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer at manager level to lead and manage electrical system design from concept through commissioning for client sites in Seongnam.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of medium‑ and low‑voltage power distribution, emergency power (UPS/Generator) and critical infrastructure systems.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, single‑line diagrams, load calculations, short‑circuit analysis and protection coordination studies.
• Review contractor submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design standards, NFPA, NEC and local codes.
• Participate in commissioning activities and validate system performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical facility management.
• Possession of relevant electrical certifications.
• Proficiency in English (speaking & writing) and a valid driver’s license with vehicle.
• Experience with clean‑room construction or maintenance is a plus.
