Delivery Manager

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects for large enterprise clients, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams of project managers, developers, designers and strategists, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates, insights and recommendations.
• Continuously refine delivery processes, tools and methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
• Drive innovation, best practices and risk management at project and organizational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT/digital project delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 50+ people.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
