DDP (Dielectric Deposition) Process Support Engineer

About the role

The Process Support Engineer will guide semiconductor equipment through its full lifecycle, from concept to qualification, providing on‑site customer support, system diagnostics, and complex equipment repair. You will work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for advanced chips.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations, system diagnoses, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyse data with statistics, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve customer product problems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a semiconductor fab or equipment environment.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal and Implant processes.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, design of experiments, data analysis and statistical methods.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and technical troubleshooting.
