Communications and Brand Senior Manager, Korea and APAC

About the role

Philips is seeking a strategic Communications and Brand Senior Manager to lead communications across Korea, Thailand and Vietnam, and act as the Business Partner for an APAC business unit. The role will shape reputation, drive stakeholder engagement and enhance executive visibility while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to country and APAC leaders on reputation, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and execute integrated communications and brand strategies that reinforce Philips’ position as a healthcare innovator.
• Lead storytelling, media relations and content creation for executive communications, customer stories and campaigns.
• Champion AI‑enabled communications tools for insight, content effectiveness and performance measurement.
• Monitor emerging issues, advise on crisis communications and coordinate with legal, regulatory and business teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, PR or brand, preferably in healthcare or a multinational environment.
• Proven track record advising senior leaders and managing integrated communications, reputation and crisis management.
• Strong understanding of the Korean healthcare ecosystem and APAC market dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field; fluent in Korean and English.
