B2B Sales Lead – South Korea

About the role

Speak is building an AI‑powered language tutor and expanding its B2B business in South Korea. The B2B Sales Lead will own net‑new account growth while leading and developing the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Own new and expansion B2B growth in South Korea: build pipeline and close key accounts against quota.
• Lead and coach the AE team through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and hands‑on deal support.
• Build and refine the Korean sales playbook (outreach, discovery, objection handling) based on what actually closes in‑market.
• Run enterprise and mid‑market deals with senior Korean stakeholders across HR, L&D, and business‑unit leadership.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Success on demand generation, expansion, and a clean handoff from lead to close.
• Own forecasting and CRM discipline, keep coverage healthy and hold the team accountable.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience in Korea with a strong personal closing record.
• 2+ years of direct sales‑team management with proven rep development.
• Full‑cycle net‑new selling experience from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Player‑coach mentality able to support key deals while upskilling the team.
• Strong CRM, pipeline and forecasting discipline.
• Experience in EdTech, L&D or B2B SaaS and selling to HR/L&D/Global Mobility buyers is a plus.
• Fluency in business English.
