Senior Partner Manager

About the role

You will own the full life‑cycle of large‑scale events, from the moment the commercial contract is signed until the event is closed. Acting as the main liaison between event organizers and internal teams, you will coordinate cross‑functional tasks, communicate product and process requirements to headquarters, and ensure all documentation and support resources are in place. On‑site presence may be required for launches or key dates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end event lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across product, engineering, legal, and support teams.
• Gather and prioritize product and process requirements with the product team.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A repository for user support.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Attend on‑site events when necessary to support launch activities.

Required profile

• University degree with a background in project management or consulting (4+ years experience).
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Strong analytical, relationship‑management and organizational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple parallel work streams and collaborate across departments.
