Regional VP, Sales

About the role

The Regional Vice President of Sales will launch and lead Sierra’s sales effort in Korea, combining hands‑on prospecting with strategic leadership. You will build a high‑performing team, own regional revenue targets, and drive complex enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities

• Start selling immediately as a player‑coach: prospect, build pipeline, manage customers, and close deals.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Account Executives across Korea, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Own regional performance metrics, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and partner with RevOps for clean data.
• Participate in key customer conversations, guide reps through complex buying committees, and support pricing and negotiation strategies.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of enterprise customer‑facing sales experience, closing large accounts.
• 5+ years of people‑leadership experience managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and driving end‑to‑end complex deals.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging trends (preferred).
• Proven ability to build go‑to‑market strategies and sales motions from early‑stage growth.
