Programme Manager (Seoul)

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company owned by CBRE Group, is hiring a Programme Manager in Seoul. The role leads approximately three projects in its region, oversees their end-to-end delivery and supports the client's project management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of about three regional projects and support Cluster / Country Heads
• Act as ambassador for the client's project management systems (Softools, Clarity and Autodesk)
• Manage the reporting cycle and ensure Project Managers update cost, schedule, benefits, risks and issues on time
• Support the client-side strategy team in preparing high-level costs and schedules, and develop business cases with the Workplace and Design team
• Develop the initial schedule, project management plan, DRAs and CRAs, and create project execution documents (PEDs) endorsed through the Regional CRES Forum and Project Steering Committee
• Mobilise the project after business case approval, train the Project Manager, QS and lead PM, and escalate risks and issues
• Enforce the IPO governance and assurance programme, including weekly working groups, PSC meetings and the annual governance calendar
• Conduct independent assurance (first, second and third line) and track project documentation and monthly reports

Required profile

• 10 years or more of experience in programme or project management with financial institution clients
• Corporate real estate and asset management experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership and client management skills
