직무 소개

Fortune Global 500에 선정된 UPS에서 통합 화물 담당자를 모집합니다. 고객의 요구에 맞춰 항공 운송을 계획하고, 가격 책정 및 외부 항공사와의 커뮤니케이션을 담당합니다.

주요 업무

고객 요구에 따라 항공사와 예약 요청을 조율하고 SOP에 따라 진행
항공 및 목적지 규정을 확인하고 준수
내부 시스템을 활용해 다양한 부서와 협업하여 예약 처리
트럭 업체, 공항 터미널, 항공사 에이전트 등 서비스 제공자와 협력
화물 추적, 손상·지연·분실 등 이슈를 해결
항공사와 내부 부서와의 가격 및 견적 요청 관리

지원 자격

대학 졸업자(국제 무역 전공 우대)
3~5년 이상의 물류·포워딩 경력 우대
영어 회화·작문·독해·청취 능력 보유

필수 역량

우수한 대인관계·조정·커뮤니케이션 능력
Microsoft Office 활용 능력
긍정적이고 적극적인 “can do” 태도
