Network/System Administrator III – Gunsan, South Korea

About the role

The position is responsible for organizing, installing, and supporting the government organization’s computer systems, including LAN, WAN, network segments, intranets, and other data‑communication systems. The role also involves architecting and analyzing network models while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and security clearance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IT operations team in day‑to‑day management of networks and implement cybersecurity‑approved capabilities.
• Maintain JSIG/RMF Authority to Operate and continuous monitoring tools.
• Manage COTS and GOTS products for security and performance monitoring.
• Assist with security assessments of servers, network devices, and security appliances.
• Create and maintain Operations & Maintenance (O&M) checklists, TTPs, and SOPs.
• Operate SIEM and other monitoring tools, develop complex event alarms and reports.
• Execute cybersecurity procedures, analyze tool outputs for incidents, and support incident response.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve network‑related problems.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of Special Access Program (SAP) experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience leading IT operations and managing network security.
