About the role

The HR Geo Services Associate role provides a solid foundation for a long‑term career in Human Resources within a global Fortune 500 company. You will gain deep exposure to on‑site HR operations, talent acquisition, and local HR practices, preparing you to translate global HR strategy into effective local execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with UPS management and act as an HR advisor on routine HR matters, delivering timely feedback and resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR partners across APAC, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support for employees in Korea, covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems such as Workday and Websir.
• Handle internal job changes, employment letters, and employee data updates via Workday.
• Respond to daily employee queries on HR policies, benefits, leave, and workplace practices.
• Oversee vendor management, including renewals, communications, and timely payments.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
• Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing required documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and flag potential impacts to HR policies.
• Prepare ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics as needed.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and system implementations.
