Associate Director, Transaction Banking Sales

About the role

ANZ is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead Transaction Banking sales in Seoul. You will be responsible for growing a portfolio of corporate clients through acquisition, cross‑selling, and organic growth while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual revenue and profit targets for the Transaction Banking business.
• Acquire new corporate clients and up‑sell existing relationships.
• Build and maintain value‑added client relationships that address cash and trade banking needs.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, product partners and regional teams to design client‑centric solutions.
• Maintain a sustainable portfolio in line with global Transaction Banking policies and Group compliance.
• Support cross‑border engagements and regional coordination to enhance client service.

Required profile

• Proven understanding of Transaction Banking products, segments and operations.
• Strong knowledge of the business and market environment in which ANZ operates.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
