Sr. Delivery Manager, Professional Services - ERP Solutions

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support, managed services and ERP solutions for Oracle, SAP and VMware, is hiring a Sr. Delivery Manager, Professional Services - ERP Solutions, based in Seoul. Working with the Senior Director, Professional Services, APAC, the role leads pre-sales and delivery of ERP consulting engagements for large enterprise clients, mainly in SAP and Oracle environments. It owns the pre-sales process in North America and coordinates cross-functional teams to scope, estimate, plan and execute outcomes across ERP application, data, integration and security workstreams. Periodic travel to client or project locations may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-sales and scoping: direct discovery, shape the approach, build estimates and define deliverables with Sales, Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts.
• Delivery governance: oversee predictable execution across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Stakeholder management: lead governance forums, status reporting and executive communications, and manage expectations and escalations.
• Continuous improvement: contribute reusable assets, improve pre-sales and delivery methods, and identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 15+ years leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments, including implementations, upgrades, transformations and major enhancements.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams such as integrations, data, testing, cutover and go-live stabilization.
• Depth in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery (configuration, security/roles, operations, development, reporting, integrations).
• Experience establishing delivery governance (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control) with executive-ready communications.
