Senior Product Manager – Marketplace Listing & Selection

About the role

Every Marketplace customer journey starts with selection: ensuring the product a customer wants is available, discoverable, and trustworthy. The Listing & Selection team tackles core challenges of how sellers bring products to Coupang, how the catalog is structured, and how customers see accurate, high-quality listings. You will address high-scale problems at the intersection of seller experience, catalog data, AI/LLMs and Marketplace growth, with significant ownership and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for a major Listing & Selection problem space.
• Make it easier for sellers to bring valuable new selection to Coupang.
• Improve the accuracy and completeness of product information at scale.
• Use data, automation and AI/LLMs to solve complex listing and product-understanding problems.
• Identify selection gaps and build scalable mechanisms to close them.
• Balance seller experience, customer experience, selection growth and platform quality.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data/ML, Business and Operations to take products from problem definition through scaled adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Product Management or equivalent product ownership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, complex problem spaces.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across multiple teams.
• Strong customer instincts and ability to translate insights into simple product solutions.
