Senior Market Access Specialist

About the role

The Senior Market Access Specialist is an experienced individual contributor who shapes and executes comprehensive market access strategies for innovative medicines. Working under moderate supervision, the role provides strategic insights to senior leadership and supports go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new drug / new indication P&R projects and manage post‑launch price events.
• Develop P&R strategy, assess feasibility of new pipelines, and analyze global PE models.
• Lead environment shaping, stakeholder engagement, and align business strategy with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide reimbursement criteria guidance and manage rejections.

Required profile

• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in Market Access.
• Experience in health economics, outcomes research, or pharmaco‑economic evaluation projects.
• Sound knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy or equivalent healthcare training.
