Senior Financial Analyst – International Finance APAC

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst, International Finance – APAC supports regional financial performance, reporting accuracy and decision‑making across APAC markets. The role partners with regional and global finance teams, providing high‑quality analysis, treasury support and compliance oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, forecasting and variance explanations to support APAC performance management.
• Support international finance and treasury activities, including cash visibility, liquidity analysis and balance‑sheet management.
• Prepare and review management reports, dashboards and financial presentations for regional and global stakeholders.
• Analyze complex datasets related to intercompany activity, capital transactions and treasury operations, delivering actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and statutory/regulatory requirements across APAC entities.
• Support internal and external audits, including documentation and issue remediation.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and standardisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (required); Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive finance, accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, balance‑sheet management and analytical techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Business‑level English; up to 10% regional travel within APAC.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.
• Financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent finance certification (preferred).
