About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to join its Services Customer Success team in Korea. The role focuses on helping priority customers maximise the value of Mastercard’s network products through proactive engagement, strategic guidance and technical readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand cyber‑threat landscape in the payments sector.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and drive adoption of Mastercard services to increase customer value.
- Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product and Technical Account Managers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Generate qualified leads for value expansion and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
- Support business growth by expanding usage of network products and ensuring technical readiness for deployments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer success or account management within the payments, fintech or cybersecurity domains.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
