Senior Associate – Client Portfolio Management (Real Estate)

About the role

The Senior Associate will support the Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team for Invesco Real Estate Korea, acting as a key liaison with clients, prospects, consultants and internal teams. You will explain investment philosophy, process and performance of alternative real‑estate products, provide market updates, and assist in product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Support CPM team in general business activities and timely execution of tasks.
• Liaise with IRE product management and Invesco sales teams to ensure global consistency in client relationship management.
• Manage internal and external communications to keep stakeholders informed.
• Organise logistics for roadshows, client meetings and other events.
• Collaborate with RFP teams during request‑for‑proposal processes.
• Work with sales on product onboarding, investor information and communication.
• Prepare bespoke reports for selected clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar role within the alternatives industry.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
