Sales Development Representative – Korea

About the role

Speak is looking for a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound interest, run outbound campaigns and partner with Account Executives to build pipeline in Korea. The role also involves closing transactional opportunities, making you the first touch for many prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads from web forms, events and referrals, confirming fit, urgency and buying roles.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, social, video) using personalized insights and industry POVs.
• Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clear handoffs.
• Own and close transactional deals end‑to‑end, handling pricing and light negotiation within defined guardrails.
• Maintain precise CRM hygiene and forecast weekly outputs accurately.
• Continuously test and optimise subject lines, sequences and cadences, sharing wins with the team.
• Represent Speak with consultative, value‑led conversations that advance the buyer journey.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years in SDR/BDR, inside sales or high‑volume customer‑facing roles (SaaS preferred).
• Proven success in both inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Comfortable closing transactional deals with light negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with disciplined note‑taking.
• Organised, curious, coachable and thrives in goal‑driven environments.
