RF Engineer - Wireless Communication (TPMS & UWB)

About the role

AUMOVIO Korea is looking for an RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer to join its wireless communication team. The team develops and tests TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) and UWB (Ultra Wide Band) products and systems, combining hardware validation, vehicle tests, RF system validation and other activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RF systems and subsystems, including RF validation, testing and complex RF design analysis.
• Perform RF design reviews, troubleshoot RF issues and carry out RF system integration and validation tests in the lab and on vehicles.
• Analyse the whole system with network analysis tools to optimise RF networks and achieve the best RF performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with RF measurement tools.
• Familiarity with TPMS systems, UWB and BLE technologies or other RF systems.

Required skills

• Understanding of RF fundamentals: impedance matching, S-parameters, return loss and RF radiation patterns.
• Experience with ADS, CST or HFSS for hardware and RF simulation and design.
• Knowledge of vehicle network protocols such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet.
