Product Data Input Associate (Contract)

About the role

iQVIA is hiring a Product Data Input Associate on a one-year contract in Seoul. The role collects pharmaceutical data from suppliers, hospitals and wholesalers and enters it into the company system in the required format. No background in pharmaceuticals is required.

Key responsibilities

• Verify pharmaceutical data collected by data providers and convert it to electronic data
• Enter the data into the internal operating system in iQVIA standard format
• Check that the entered data is accurately reflected in the system
• Compare iQVIA standard data with externally collected data manually or through automated processes to link them

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in a pharmaceutical company, or in admin, assistant or support roles, is preferred
• Ability to start immediately is preferred

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
• General office software (Microsoft Office)
• Problem-solving ability
