Marketing Intern (6-Month Contract) - APAC

About the role

Veeva Systems, a pioneer in industry cloud software for life sciences companies, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Intern to support the APAC Marketing team with daily operational work. This is a 6-month contract internship offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B technology environment, covering administrative support, content management and regional communications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the APAC Marketing team, including scheduling, event logistics, project tracking and vendor or agency coordination.
• Help upload content, organize assets and maintain the regional digital asset library and content management system.
• Provide light graphic design support (Canva or Adobe Suite) for presentations, social media visuals, localized materials and event collateral.
• Assist with document formatting, proofreading translated materials and keeping brand consistency across regional assets.
• Gather and organize basic campaign, content and event metrics, and support ad-hoc operational tasks and special projects.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills.
• English communication within a global business environment, with native-level or fluent Korean.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Basic familiarity with visual design tools such as Canva, or eagerness to learn them.
• Nice to have: familiarity with enterprise tools, CMS or project management platforms, and prior internship or volunteer experience in an administrative, coordination or agency setting.
