Market Access Senior Specialist

About the role

The Market Access Senior Specialist will lead product patient access initiatives in Korea, collaborating with both local and global cross‑functional teams. This role requires resilience and deep expertise to align pricing and access strategies with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning of access strategies to ensure optimal pricing and access conditions in line with global strategies.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., MoHW, HIRA, NHIS) to secure patient access for responsible products.
• Adapt local models to demonstrate product value and generate local data with stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with business units on product forecasting, competitor intelligence, and anticipate environmental changes impacting price/reimbursement.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in market access or HEOR within the pharmaceutical industry, academia, or HTA agency.
• Functional knowledge of medicine, epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, and statistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
