Lead Customer Engineer – Customer Engineering

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Lead Customer Engineer to own end‑to‑end, business‑critical engineering projects for its Korean automotive customers. You will act as the primary technical liaison, guiding multi‑disciplinary initiatives from concept through delivery while ensuring our autonomy solutions create maximum impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the account strategy for a major enterprise customer.
• Serve as the main customer‑facing point of contact, managing executive and leadership relationships.
• Lead large, multi‑workstream customer programs, coordinating delivery across simulation, tooling, and integration teams.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Product groups to align technical solutions with customer goals.
• Monitor project complexity, mitigate risks, and drive timely releases in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience shepherding complex releases in a customer‑centric, high‑velocity setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning abilities.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of delivering technical solutions that support autonomy initiatives.
