직무 소개
쿠팡이츠서비스는 배달 파트너에게 원스톱 서비스를 제공하며, Regional Delivery Operations 팀은 라이더 수급과 운영 관제를 바탕으로 배달 품질을 높이고 고객 경험을 개선합니다. 본 포지션은 실시간 배달 운영을 모니터링하고 고객 경험 지표를 관리하는 역할을 수행하며, 서비스 확장 및 신규 지역 오픈 시 운영 안정화를 지원합니다.
주요 업무
- 실시간 배달 품질 모니터링 및 관리
- 배달 지표 관리 (공급/수요, 배달 시간, 배차 지연 등)
- 배달 파트너 지원 (프로모션 진행 및 커뮤니케이션)
- 날씨나 이벤트 등 예상치 못한 이슈 발생 시 즉시 대응
- 실시간 최하위 순위 주문 확인 및 해결
지원 자격
- JLPT N1 수준의 일본어 구사 능력
- 실시간 모니터링 및 운영 경험
- 스케줄 근무 및 주말 근무 가능
필수 역량
- 데이터 활용 능력 (우대)
