직무 소개
42dot은 판교에서 HW 벤더, BSP 공급사, AAOS 플랫폼 및 IVI 애플리케이션 전반에 걸친 기술 프로그램 실행을 총괄하는 세니어 테크니컬 프로그램 매니저를 채용합니다. 개발 단계부터 양산까지 시스템 레벨 이슈 관리, 부서 간 협업, 통합 준비와 생산 품질을 주도합니다.
주요 업무
- HW, BSP, Kernel, Driver, HAL, Framework, QA, Vehicle Integration 팀 간 기술 조율 리더십
- 시스템 레벨 이슈 추적, 우선순위 설정, 근본 원인 분석과 해결 총괄
- BSP/벤더 산출물, 통합 마일스톤, 리스크 및 의존성 관리
- OEM/Tier1 기술 리뷰, 이슈 에스컬레이션, 릴리즈 준비 주도
- 플랫폼 검증, 리그레션 관리, OTA 준비, 양산 지원 조율
- Jira/Confluence 운영, 엔지니어링 대시보드 관리 및 경영진 보고
지원 자격
- 기술 프로그램 매니지먼트, 임베디드 소프트웨어 또는 자동차 플랫폼 개발 8 년 이상 경력
- Android Automotive OS, Embedded Linux 또는 BSP 통합 프로그램 경험
- BSP, Linux Kernel, Device Driver, HAL, Android Framework 및 시스템 통합에 대한 깊은 이해
- 외부 HW/BSP 벤더 및 다기능 엔지니어링 팀 관리 경험
- OEM, Tier1, 엔지니어링 이해관계자와의 소통 능력
- 우선 조건: QNX, Hypervisor, CAN, DDS, SOME/IP, VHAL, OTA, CI/CD, Git/Gerrit, ASPICE, 기능 안전, 양산 이슈 관리 및 서스테이닝 엔지니어링 경험
