Insight Generation Manager, North Asia (AI & Analytics)

About the role

The North Asia Insight Generation Lead will drive end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered insights across Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. You will translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies and scale AI‑enabled insight capabilities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑priority projects such as resource optimization and advanced analytics for segmentation and targeting.
• Drive adoption of AI‑powered insight frameworks, building scalable analytics solutions to improve decision speed.
• Act as primary contact for North Asia stakeholders, aligning local market needs with regional strategy.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior leaders, influencing decisions through data storytelling and methodology design.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, data science or commercial insights, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven track record delivering sales force effectiveness or commercial analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
