Global Product Manager

About the role

The Global Product Manager will coordinate requirements and actions for Organometallics products across safety, regulatory, demand, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality aspects. This role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Air Liquide affiliates and third‑party partners to maximize product value and lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with sales, affiliates, technical marketing and customers to understand market demand and road‑maps.
• Develop and defend product strategies, capacity road‑maps and pricing, cost and profitability plans.
• Participate in S&OP processes, ensure sales targets are met and drive continuous improvement for product profitability.
• Lead task forces to address quality issues, conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with customer Management of Change commitments.
• Guide creation of Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with Operations, Engineering and technical development teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical science or engineering discipline with 10+ years experience in specialty chemical manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronic materials manufacturing, including knowledge of analytical methods, statistics and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with ability to work across multicultural, global teams.
• Fluent English (oral and written) and willingness to accommodate meetings across US, Europe and Asia time zones.
