Fixed-Term Korean-speaking Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment (DKR) is expanding its Asia‑Pacific footprint and seeks a Korean‑speaking Recruiter on a fixed‑term basis. You will work remotely, aligning your schedule with APAC hours, and will report daily to the Owner of DKR. Your local market knowledge will directly influence candidate quality for UAE‑based projects in gaming, customer experience, and media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end candidate pipelines, from outreach to interview coordination.
• Source, engage, and qualify Korean‑speaking talent for specific UAE projects.
• Provide market insights on trends, compensation, and sourcing channels.
• Deliver daily performance updates and compliance reports to DKR headquarters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills plus native or fluent Korean.
• Highly organised, independent, and target‑driven.
• Strong understanding of the Korean job market and cultural nuances.
