Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial control across the business unit. This position will support the APAC region and central functions, ensuring accurate financial information and compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting packages (P/L, balance sheet, receivables, cash‑flow forecast) and support annual rolling cash‑flow forecasts.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, collect division data and deliver templates to APAC and central teams.
• Analyze variances between actual results, plans and historical data, providing insights to regional and HQ teams.
• Monitor profitability, control spending and ensure adherence to internal control standards.
• Supervise outsourced accounting production, review intercompany transactions and support tax return preparation.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and maintain statutory documentation.
• Oversee treasury processes, payment monitoring and eBAM/PMF tools.
• Maintain SAP environment and contribute to new financial system implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial roles covering budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting and audits.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
