ETCH Account Sales

About the role

Join Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions, as an ETCH Account Sales professional based in Hwaseong-Lucestar, Korea. You will work independently or within a team to engage existing and prospective customers, understand their needs, and help drive sales of advanced semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and visit existing and prospective customers to identify needs and develop sales strategies.
• Assist in customer demonstrations together with product business group representatives.
• Present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities, and convey customer technology requirements to internal teams.
• Prepare product pricing quotes, documentation, and may assist in negotiating final pricing.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and maintain comprehensive coverage and documentation for assigned customers.
• Develop and execute customer‑specific action plans and keep summaries of visits.

Required profile

• Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in the semiconductor discipline and broadens capabilities.
• Understands key business drivers and uses this insight to accomplish work.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members despite having no formal supervisory responsibilities.
• Solves straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
• Impacts quality of own work and that of the team while operating within guidelines and policies.
• Explains complex information in clear terms to various audiences.
