Epitaxy/FEP Process Support Engineer

About the role

The Process Support Engineer will guide semiconductor products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to qualification. You will provide high‑visibility customer support on‑site, diagnose systems, and service complex equipment. The role involves close collaboration with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for advanced chips.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installations, system diagnoses, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Work with customers to develop leading‑edge processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
• Create hypothesis experiments, design of experiments (DOE), analyze data with statistics, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and trust.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in a related discipline.
