Director of Product Management (Onsite Growth)

About the role

Coupang is looking for a strategic, execution-focused product leader to join its Onsite Growth Product team within the Growth Marketing organization. The team drives customer acquisition, conversion, retention and growth, and this role partners with AI/ML engineering, UX design and marketing leaders to deliver a best-in-class onsite experience that optimizes conversion for all incoming traffic through a horizontal platform powering personalized customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for ML-powered landing page experiences, including personalized recommendations and contextual UX.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Drive conversion uplift through experimentation, reinforcement learning and rapid feedback loops.
• Work with marketing and design teams so that generated content aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
• Own metrics such as GMV uplift, buyer conversion and engagement, ensuring measurable impact at scale.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML, AdTech or Onsite Growth domains.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact (conversion, GMV) through product innovation.
• Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.

Required skills

• Expertise in experimentation frameworks and causal inference.
• Experience with AI/ML product work.
