Clinical Trials Assistant, Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Trials Assistant in Seoul who works sponsor dedicated. The role performs daily administrative activities together with the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams so that a complete and accurate Trial Master File is delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and the Regulatory and Start-Up team in keeping clinical documents and systems (such as the Trial Master File) up to date, tracking site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Help prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Take part in periodic reviews of study files for completeness.
• Support the preparation, handling and distribution of clinical trial supplies and maintain tracking information; coordinate tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central contact for the clinical team on project communications, correspondence and related documentation.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits after completing required training, and may help with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing and archiving of clinical documentation and reports.

Required profile

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a CTA role.
• Strong spoken and written English, with effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
• Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines, and of protocol requirements, as provided in company training.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.
