Clinical Research Associate - Oncology & Non-Oncology (Home Based)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA I, II Senior) for its clinical trial operations function in Seoul, South Korea. This is a home-based position covering oncology and non-oncology studies, with approximately 60% travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities for setting up and monitoring a study, complete accurate study status reports and maintain study documentation
• Run sponsor-generated queries efficiently and take responsibility for study cost efficiency
• Take part in preparing and reviewing study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clinical investigators and site staff
• Ensure patient safety by complying with ICON's procedures, protocols and regulatory requirements

Required profile

• University degree in medicine, science or equivalent
• 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Oncology experience preferred
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to handle queries promptly and good social skills
