Analyst – Market Operations

About the role

The Analyst, Market Operations will support the maker/checker and supervision processes for market products, ensuring accurate and timely transaction handling in compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process market transactions, settlements, confirmations, payments and funding activities within delegated authority.
• Prepare, match and follow up on trade confirmations and supporting documentation, and reconcile GL and suspense accounts.
• Produce regulatory, internal and operational reports, as well as control and exception reports for Front Office activities.
• Maintain static data, customer setups, settlement instructions and management information, and update procedures.
• Identify, escalate and report operational risks, control breaches and support fraud‑prevention efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking, specifically within Markets Operations.
• Background in financial accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of market products and local regulations.
• Fluent in English and Korean to support local and global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SWIFT messaging and local payment systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
