ADAS System Lead Engineer - Autonomous and Commercial Mobility

About the role

AUMOVIO Korea is looking for an ADAS System Lead Engineer (SysLE) in autonomous and commercial mobility. The SysLE leads systems engineering (SE) activities and the SE team through all project phases, covering the assigned system level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning of all system engineering activities according to customer and internal milestones, required scope and quality.
• Lead the system design definition and alignment of customer expectations and requirements during the quotation phase and subsequent project phases, including customer communication.
• Plan and control the creation of SE work products within the assigned system level.
• Define the plan for managing the SE effort and methods.
• Act as technical interface to the customer on systems engineering topics.
• Ensure traceability of requirements, including safety and security goals, across system levels and to verification and validation.
• Develop the system operational concept.
• Plan and execute milestone-level commitments (MLC) according to the defined schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in automotive or embedded hardware/software/system development.
• Experience working with automotive systems, ECUs, communication networks (CAN, Ethernet) and vehicle architecture.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex system topics clearly.
