ADAS SW Project Manager in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility

About the role

Software Project Manager (SW PM) is responsible for planning, execution, tracking and controlling of the software sub‑project within a development project. The role leads the software core team, represents the project to the IPT team and the customer, and ensures delivery from planning through integration to final validation while following established development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and track all software deliveries and related activities against customer and internal milestones, scope and quality, including third‑party components.
• Lead and drive the software team to achieve project goals in scope, timing and quality.
• Ensure compliance with development processes such as Stages, SPICE and ISO‑26262.
• Lead requirements engineering from analysis through test execution.
• Manage IMS issue resolution for software, including sensorics topics, and monitor status reporting to line management.
• Plan and execute software releases and milestones, preparing documentation and reviews for final release approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 7+ years of professional experience in embedded software development or software project management.
• Experience leading a team of at least five members.
• Prior customer‑facing project experience with HMG is preferred.

• Ethernet communication protocols: TCP/UDP, VLAN, SOME/IP, TSN, diagnostics over Ethernet.
• Collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira and Confluence.

• SW architecture design and requirements engineering.
