Technical Project Lead – Orin/Thor Based ADAS HPC

About the role

The Technical Project Lead will drive end‑to‑end technical leadership of an ADAS‑focused High‑Performance Computing platform built on Orin/Thor. The role requires ownership of system architecture, technical scope, milestones and risk management while interfacing with OEMs and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of an Orin/Thor‑based ADAS HPC program.
• Own overall system architecture, technical scope, milestones and risks.
• Act as the primary technical interface to HMG and key technology partners, especially Qualcomm.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across hardware, software, electrical, mechanical and validation teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE and cybersecurity requirements.
• Support issue resolution, escalation and technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in ADAS or automotive HPC programs.
• Deep understanding of Orin/Thor‑based ADAS architectures.
• Strong OEM/customer interface skills.
• Experience with Qualcomm cockpit SoCs (e.g., QAM8255) is preferred.
